Back in the 90’s I had a similar situation where I thought I was entitled to a 12, Sgt. Explained to me ESP and reason why TWO 11 can’t be denied but a 12 yes. So No YOU are not entitled to eat if We are busy,

If you want to push the Envelope City will have you work 10 1/2 hours instead of 10. MPD this is just like in the Military.
