At least he was banging her locally. You shouldnt have every member of your executive command detached and uninterested. We've got enough colonels already treating the position as a hobby. The part time commitment from the undersheriff only bolsters the fact that tony knows he won't make it past the primaries. Neither he nor his 2nd in charge have any permanent skin in the game. Shows that both are not only somewhat intelligent but realistic.
