Can someone explain how off duties like baseball, rolling loud, etc are selected? I’ve literally put in for everyday on every off duty and I get nothing.

Live within your means. These others working like slaves never at home are wasting their lives away for bad decisions and having to pay alimony or paying for toys they won’t really enjoy while they are at work doing dbl shifts. invest, invest and contribute. Make your money work for you and it will grow. Many off-duty Officers are working to stay floating, trying to survive. Great job and if you make the right decisions you will be better than complaining about off-duty jobs. Let the hogs get slaughtered, stay a pig and grow fat.

Well, we’ve seen recently the scamming going on in the PBA. They turn a blind eye to off duty work and in exchange they get select jobs. If not themselves, then for their friends.
