    The below story is one of many about this pedophile cop who has NEVER BEEN EXONERATED for disrobing a child while masturbating in uniform. Yes, that sounds harsh but read the story and see that it's true!
    The Menocals are a corrupt family and Hialeah has a corrupt police chief and together they have been trying to sweep this incident under the rug. Please don't assist them in their endeavor.
