    Avoid FF As Your Next Chief

    Take it from someone who knows FF forward and backwards.....you do not want FF in your MBPD life. FF is not only a major micro manager, but he has a giant bag of solutions in his pocket for the main way he likes to be in charge....Now get this seriously in your heads...FF thinks he has the solutions to everything and spends his time looking for problems! FF will search day and night to find problems. FF trusts no one to do their job. Do not fall for any of his SWAT buddies nonsense of filling your heads with how great he is. FF is nothing but trouble and will make your police life miserable.
