    On average, how many days off are you getting each month after any forced overtime?

    That’s terrible. What really disturbs me is that, if you are on FMLA, you have to use FMLA when you cannot the forced overtime hours. You aren’t using your paid leave, so why the heck can they count it towards your FMLA. Not fair at all.
