I understand the movement and career development. But why in the world do you move a certain captain to IA when he has been the subject in his own shady case. Congrats Captain SF you by far have amaized us all with your ability to use this agency like the fools they are. You are a genius !!

Papo ,They felt that they needed to move one captain that is a zero. They needed it to look unbiased and uniform so that one captain did not have a lawsuit. They were not interested in following the career development plan we have on file with national accreditation CLEA and state of Florida accreditation, no retention hearings none of that , they do not follow the rules . An example to prove this is look no further than the NRO positions, you have a pensionable promotion 2.5% raise position that can make thier own schedules and overtime, every officer wants a chance to interview and work that job in thier career, yet Mira , you have an NRO that has been in violation of the career development program for almost TWENTY YEARS with that lateral promotion. You can bet that captain will use that in an employment law civil action. So it's a scam they are not following the career development rotation retention rotation, just trying to make it look that way, they do this same scam when they conduct interviews . They pretend Florida is not a right to work state. This was done to get rid if one captain and a half ass attempt to mask it. No es facil papo.

True they only apply this official rule/policy when they want to get rid of a specific employee like they did to Peter wyatt in motors, selective enforcement. They screwed him over and others just like this and it is only used illegally selectively.
