CIP pushed it years ago. It took 7 years to come forward. I cant buy that. I'd say 4 years would would've been a better estimate not 7 years. Tommy go sell that to someone else. You need to learn how politics works.

All other chiefs said no? Nowhere is that documented. Heres some history, which you can look up yourself. The CIP asked for dashcams that already had GPS, the idea floated, analyzed for cost, and shot back about a year or two after the red tape. Then the CIP pushed for BWC, keeping in mind about the GPS, and got AXION to donate 100 as a trial. Years later the BWC was approved along with the GPS idea, just now how do you handle the logistics, cost, and implementation? It took time. Low and behold 2019. Look it up.
