The troubling issue is if IGOR was black then all Black Command Staff would be outraged. He would have been arrested and fired with no problems.

The other day Director Perez met with the CITIZEN REVIEW PANEL. Not one black command staff member was there to condemn the illegal arrest of that young black lady. They are all silent.

Basically it seems that Juan Perez is being strategically set up by someone close to him.

Why would no black command staff member attend the latest press conference with the CRB? Yet they want to be the next black Director. Be card Juan, because they do not want you to succeed.
Yet a certain AD met with the black commissioners to report that the Director was not fair with black officers. This AD wants to be the Director.

It's real strange that everyone has a motive to be Director. Juan Perez was correct to take the action he took. Igor committed
battery and false imprisonment. He made a false arrest and filed a false affidavit. Where are the so call black command staff on this. You see if IGOR was black they would call for his arrest. But of course this is no surprise to the black community. All the black command staff care about is higher rank and being the first this or that no matter the COST.

Even if we remove race and color, the black command staff only hurt their own. They cause their own to be suspended, arrested, and in many cases fired. Just answer this question: Is slavery really over or are we living in the year 1688?

The above is true, however you all have nothing to worry about. The current blacks in power are keepers of the lies and they are loyal to themselves. None will lift a hand to help another black, but will be the first to recommend suspension or termination of one of their own.

You ever wondered why black Supervisors never write commendations or outstanding evaluations for their so call good and hardworking black officers. When we ask them, they say that they need their job and don't want to make waves.

So do not believe the hype. They are not taking over anything. Even if they did it would only be in title but not power and authority.

On the other hand they still would need the approval of a Cuban or Jew to use their own restroom. Black Command Staff is pathetic starting from Lieutenant up to the Chief Public Safety Officer.

They get a kick out of watching their own suffer. Just ask the black officers and community they serve.

My outstanding evaluations were always wrote by a white or Cuban Supervisor and I must say they were fair and impartial.

On the other hand, the black Supervisors tend to be either jealous because I got along with white and Hispanic cops, and did not share their militant and liberal views.

It is sad to even look at them as they walk around showboating. That is why I made rank. To be a better example for all people not just blacks.

Don't forget their code names: Uncle Tom, Sambo, Stevie from Django, Auntie Mamma, and Bucket of Crabs. This pretty much describes the Black Command Staff.

Some even go to church every Sunday and tell the Preacher/Pastor or Priest that they are in line with the good book and do not sin. Others oh well, it's hard to do when you have slept with the Preacher/ Chief oops I mean former Director to get elevated in the Department.
