This is crazy the department want to put GPS on homicide and SIS vehicles who investigate very sensitive cases and go to victims of homicide family homes and witness of homicides . But an internal affairs detective investigating a discourtesy or traffic complaint on an officer won’t have gps on their vehicle. Reyes brother who don’t do shit and get paid 1,000 a month in Fop stipend won’t have GPS either. HMMM kind of fishy Reyes won’t fight gps hmmmm I wonder why.
