    Car 70

    I have a friend of a friend, that knows a source that said the rumor he heard was the City Manager had contracted Car 70 and approved the use of less-lethal rounds and gas.

    Car 70 is a real Cop. And he doesn’t need to ride a bike dressed like a dork to get the officers motivated. Just when you see a stupid tactical decision it gets topped by one even more stupid. BTW. Why is the Manager sending City Wide emails saying that the scene of a stabbing was “Karma”? Harvard must not teach sensitivity classes.
