Ever wonder what no confidence looks like?

Well look no farther than this last week. No chain of command. No plan. Policing in a vacuum never works. The the entire Command Staff with the exception of a few need to be removed. The Lieutenants might as well be Officers. Every time they have a plan Ricky and Dan change it. #noconfidence

All I see is pure panic mode by some members of the command staff. The staffing plan has changed 25 times we assign 30 people to ATVs but only have 20 ATVs same with bikes. Officers being pulled from patrol to go to Ocean dr leaving patrol short staffed. Once again unprepared and a fly by the seat of our pants approach. Get Oates out of here so we can fix this issue ourselves.
