These ass crowns get rewarded for what the rest of us get suspended, transferred or fired for. Either they lie to their COC about what they actually did or they get ball passes all the time.

So you tried out and didn’t make it and you interviewed and didn’t get picked.

They have a problem with too many premature and accidental discharges. Other people get reprimanded for that and are sent to remedial training.

Well when your SWAT team is run by someone who has had two or three AD’s (Sean Jowell) what do you expect. Maybe one of those was not an AD, but a DD. Would Bob fire someone for drunk shooting a neighbors house today? Guess that’s a sore subject.

That should have resulted in automatic termination. For most people it would anyway....

If there was truth in award narratives:

And now the entire Violent Offender Warrant Unit gets the Combat Cross (no religious affiliation). Let’s see they were all there when a wanted subject got out of his car and began to run, drew a pistol and fired it (God knows where). One deputy zapped him with an AR, well done. One deputy shot another deputy’s UC car, well done. One deputy shot the restaurant across the street, well done. One deputy shot a mobile home behind the Winghouse, well done. The rest were present and shot in unknown directions, well done. One guy did his job. Six guys almost killed innocent people and other deputies. Everyone gets a Combat Cross. What a complete joke. You should be embarrassed for accepting that. False Valor.

Love seeing Kevin Grissinger as a bailif wearing all those false valor medals in his class a bailiff uniform. Yeah real ****ing hero that guy is. Legacy hire, nothing more. Had everything handed to him from day one. Guess they couldn’t hand him stripes. Rice debris.

Another drunk woman beater who should have been fired a long time ago when he was brought in and booked hog tied after beating up his girlfriend. His daddy bailed him out. KG was a POS at the jail but incredibly went to patrol, again due to his daddy. Everyone knew he was a POS who did not deserve to be a jailer let alone a patrol deputy. Nepotism continues unabated here but it's hard to clean up, look how many years it took to get rid of KG and put him in a place where he is relatively harmless.

When you hang combat crosses in your office based on failed tactical operations, you might be a poser. Soldiers get awards for successful engagements. PCSO rewards failures when it involves SWAT jocks and the “real cops”.
