What in the world is going on in our Public Affairs Office? A veritable revolving door of personnel, but with one constant -- the alleged boss. What in the world is his background at heading up an important office such as this -- one of the busiest in the state, as he likes to brag on his web site. And who gives him advice on how to hire personnel? He has chased off multiple personnel and has a horrible hiring track record. Luring pretty faces from the TV world is not the best PR solution. You need to have good brains and communication skills behind those pretty faces. And you have to make sure that bodies you seek to hire and overpay can pass the required background checks and tests. Those minor details will get you every time. You would think the main man would notice what is going on and care about the churn of bodies in that office. And wonder why it's that way. The high level of salaries and the low level of competence is staggering.
