Did you help kill these Deputies??
Is this why Felipez, Rodriguez, Boreland and all of the others died? Workplace bullying? If you read the merciless attacks on this board, it is clear that there is a clear problem with mentally ill cops thinking that picking on others is perfectly fine and clearly there is no action on the part of the COC. Did you bully Boreland? Did you harass Felipez? Did you all take part in this? Did the death investigations cover up the real cause? More cops dies from suicide than from any other cause. So are police and their culture of bullying really the most dangerous and deadly threat to LEO's?

So are you saying there is no "peer to peer" bullying going on? Because this website is overflowing with it from PCSO deputies. And a lot of it is along the exact same lines as what they discuss in this video.
Borland's suicide was a message. In uniform, right down the street from SAB. He WANTED people to know his death was PCSO related. COC buried the investigation and nobody talked about what happened to Borland as if he never even existed. Some "brotherhood".

Dear OP Asshole,
If a cop is so fragile that they kill themselves because they were “bullied” they chose the wrong career. Having said that the two deputies you referenced were well liked and had many friends here. I would imagine that the bullshit we encounter on a daily basis by citizen assholes like you is more of a factor that work place teasing. Go **** yourself and thanks for stopping by.

Peer to peer interactions are not the problems.
The problem is seeing tragedy every day and having uninformed people hating on you every second, being lied to all day, getting spit on, exposed to dangerous drugs, and on and on
When was the last time anyone with rank ever to you good job,,,,, to anyone ? Yeah it never happens they only come down the elevator to do a press conference or complain how people are not doing things like they want or stats
Good leaders have positive interactions with their people

So you are saying that "peer to peer" bullying does not exist? If so, you must not have read many posts out here. So you think they kill themselves because they didn't get enough "atta' boy's"?
The bottom line is there are millions of dollars spent for equipement, training and protection of officers from assailants that might do us harm. But there is little to nothing spent to help prevent suicide, when suicide kills way more cops than assailants do. You are more of a danger to yourself than by any other person or group of people.

Hey Richard,
Of course peer to peer bullying exists in the police culture. And it exists at PCSO. And it exists in society as a whole. That’s life. And I would guess the greater the threats in a career, the greater the inner teasing exists. I bet green berets or SEAL’s take it to a whole new level. And if that’s why someone kills themself, then yes, they were too fragile for the job to begin with. You can’t go to a dead child call and cry while you try and do your job. You can’t go to a fatal crash with three teenagers dead in the car and cry because it’s sad. You must have some ability to cope during the job. Cry later.
But the real error here is your assumption that Felipes and Borland killed themselves due to agency bullying. Both were well liked, had many friends and seemed fine otherwise. I’d say no one really knows why they did
It because the only person who knows is gone.
You clearly have an agenda with your bullying references. Yeah it exists. I’d you think cops kill themselves because of it your crazy. But again, someone so fragile to implode over it shouldn’t have been a cop to begin with. Why don’t you just make and own a statement and stop your bullshit Q&A debate. Say it, be a ****ing man and say it.

There is obviously an agenda by the OP. smacks of anti cop overtones
Most cop haters love to throw the term bully around
