Tony did not get accepted into OCS because he has an arrest record. Coral Springs found out after he had been promoted to Sgt. Since he was well liked they gave him an exit. Marines do not let u in if u have been arrested and the same rule applies to Coral Springs PD

No one cares what any of you think. The VOTERS elect a Sheriff and that "73%" is excited about change. Broward County voters LOVE Sheriff Tony, black, white, republican, democrat, big business, small business. Know why ? Because he's a human being; not a lion, not a warrior, not a Jewish MLK, and not a whining victim of everything under the sun. Whatever the opposition digs up on him from the past will strengthen the former Sheriff's message "I believe in second chances" in Tony's favor. You can go on all day with petty nitpicking and claims of being "battle tested." Sometimes your own words come back to bite ya. There's lots of volunteer opportunities for the former administration since they're so concerned about the welfare of blacks and the struggles of black youth. Pick a cause.

Sheriff Tony, Please consider to have all SRO deputies be in class a uniforms. White shirt, green pants, and dressed sharply. The think the smokey hat should be optional. It would be very professional and traditional. The children would respect them more too.
