Yet again, he did not disappoint in delivering on an appropriate, on organized speech where he spent more time making fun of the retiring Major, than highlighting the man’s career, who had his family present. The only ones celebrating his comments were his wife, and the Artimes. What a lonely table to be in.

No surprises, hopefully things will change if we ever get leaders who are capable of leading. Oh yes, knowing how to speak intelligentlt should also be a requisite.
    No surprises here.

Congrats on your retirement Major James. Good luck and stay healthy.

Of course he did not show up to Nanney’s retirement. Nanney actually has a following. The majority of cops that have worked for Nanney love him and still do. JP is intimidated by that.

JP has no following. The department as a whole not only doesn’t respect him, they actually dislike him. He knows it. He has a group of followers who ki$$ his a$$ in front of him and make fun of him when he is not around. Look around at his enterouge. Let me guess, the same people all the time. The moment he loses his position, no one will dial the man ever again. Worst director in history.
