The issues at hand is patrol taking time off tell those two ZEROS to address. You can’t keep blaming the old guard for the Reyes lack of initiative. The old guard got results. If that's the case explain what they are working on because unless your in the secret club no one else has a freaking clue what they are doing. Regarding your other comment about Javi and Ortiz, you are correct about them coming to roll calls, but i can assure you that they would have addressed the issue at hand already. The only issue that Tommy and Matt have down is hide behind the transparency idea that they feed us and do nothing.
