So is it true, that previous cases are being reopened since the state got egg on their face in that city of Miami case?

    What cases?

You’re so lost! They can’t open cases that have been closed it’s not possible, what is possible is to open internal cases and present them to the state and that too might be far fetched, keep making shit up it’s entertaining. Don’t be fooled no one can open any closed cases it just doesn’t work that way!

That hoes to show how so very out of touch you are with our profession. Cases can be reopen. It has been numerous times. Most times it turns out to be nothing BUT in some instances it turned into something big.

    Really?

Cases can be reopened? Really? Please do tell? There is a lot of factors that are necessary to reopen a case, 1) if evidence that could not possibly be obtained and all of the sudden surfaced then maybe there is a small chance of a case being reopened. 2) if the case you’re talking about is a case within the PD then it might be reopened but be careful because there is only certain amount of time before an agency must complete a case and that time tolls if an other agency starts investigating however that would not be a closed case it’s a case that hasn’t closed. So no that probably isn’t what you’re talking about then there is 3) and most important “statute of limitations” welcome to Florida most cases are 2 years then it won’t ever be opened! So no. And like this there is a whole list of reasons as to why cases aren’t reopened unless you’re talking about a capital crime then no I’m sorry to tell you that the likelihood of reopening a case is as small as your penis, wait not that small but not likely a thing. Keep trying stupid

Is there any reason a case can be reopened if it was closed with prejudice? Yes. In all U.S. federal courts and most state courts, there are specific rules that allow a court to reopen a case after the entry of final judgment
