Well, the mayor and Barnes voted NO. AT LEAST 2 members of the commission showed integrity with regards to this issue. Sadly, they were outnumbered by the 3 co conspirators!

Maybe commissioner chambers just needs a proxy, sitting in for him. Do rags on the dais, slurred speech, personal attacks when he has no rational, often, he’s checking his phone and it’s been noted he wears an earpiece, probably for advice from his aide, Sharon or another telling him what to say, because it must be hard to think for himself. And he still bungles the message....
