No, they should be housed in an area of PRF, or "Sheriff's North" if you've been around longer than dirt. It's a cleaner facility and doesn't look like an insane asylum and stink like urine. Unbelievable that you would object. Why then is it okay to put street hustlers into jail programs? Homeless PTSD veterans are in NBB for trespassing and other BS. Service records are verifiable and they could all fit on one unit. Not suggesting that they be fed steak, but we could do better by them. The crack folks get the cleaner facilities than veterans? Agreed. But waite till the media finds out how that entire boogy nights jail is being operated. Waite till they ask the origin of the razor blade; or ask about the security checks in the computer showing he was fine. Waite till they put it all together.
