We are in the current mess because this administration and others before it has failed to follow one simple rule which all successful organizations and businesses follow - hire and more importantly promote the best people.

This place hires, transfers and promotes skinny (usually, exception KR, JS) good looking people who are of average to low intelligence.

Especially good looking females with large breast implants. As for males, tall, thin or gym rats.

Another fired , leading the news cycle. Looked like the suspect was physically resisting albeit while handcuffed. Unnecessary use of force, quite different from excessive use of force. Nothing to salvage here, fire her! Leading the way on firings and suspensions, you go Bob.

Termination for Gee but the two azz clowns who failed to investigate shots fired of a homicide in progress got disciplinary memos of counseling. Talk about inconsistent and inequitable enforcement of the GOs.

Deputy Edge....he took a rip for 40 hours for not violating any policy. I believe it was for using poor judgement.

Wait until next reported active shooter comes in. You arrive, hear nothing, so you wait for backup. Shooting already over with and subject barricaded or hiding. After the fact, three people dead.....why didnt you go in? Or, you go rushing in on barricaded subject without waiting on backup and get shot, or others get shot because you forced the issue Wonder if you would be second guessed? If your expected to rush in by yourself on active shooters, why have a backup on any other calls, just rush in. The premise that you have no discretion no matter what the circumstances are, should chill all that worry about armed chair quarterbacks.

Rest assured Bob will play it to his political advantage at anyone and everyone else's expense. General Orders and deputy discretion mean nothing to him.
