Another fired , leading the news cycle. Looked like the suspect was physically resisting albeit while handcuffed. Unnecessary use of force, quite different from excessive use of force. Nothing to salvage here, fire her! Leading the way on firings and suspensions, you go Bob.

Wait until next reported active shooter comes in. You arrive, hear nothing, so you wait for backup. Shooting already over with and subject barricaded or hiding. After the fact, three people dead.....why didnt you go in? Or, you go rushing in on barricaded subject without waiting on backup and get shot, or others get shot because you forced the issue Wonder if you would be second guessed? If your expected to rush in by yourself on active shooters, why have a backup on any other calls, just rush in. The premise that you have no discretion no matter what the circumstances are, should chill all that worry about armed chair quarterbacks.
