    Attending the PAT later this month, I was reading the process and didn’t see anything about an oral board. Is there no formal or structured oral board in the hiring process?? Can anyone describe how the full process goes currently? As far as background, polygraph, is it smooth or does it take forever? And the other steps?

    I was curious about this as well. I haven't applied yet but it would not be that much of a pay cut. Wondering about the training involved.
