We've heard the same BS from every union! When the unions see the size of our agency, all they see is $$$. Everyone of them promise us the world until they get in then it's business as usual. Nothing ever changes. So why should we think the Teamsters would be any different? We were taken to the cleaners by the PBA who promised us the world for 20 years, all they did was fill their pockets with our dues and get their reps cushy positions. IUPA is trying, but not sure they have the expert personnel to get us what we deserve. So why should we believe the Teamsters will be any different? Because you say so?

Police Reps for Teamsters should not be employed by the agency, they should be trusted retired officers that cannot be given the cushy assignment as was the case for BSO and other agencies represented by pba .

I would rather get a ragingvcase of Herpes then have anything to do with the teamsters. They haven't mattered since Hoffa and they are have a history of corruption worse then the Broward PBA and that's saying something.

Teamsters Local 2011, which represented the State Corrections Officers, only lasted 4 years. Teamsters were overwhelmingly voted out and Local 2011 was dismantled in 2016. So now the Teamsters just got caught in a lie. Go away you criminals!

No Teamster local was ever dismantled. We were contacted by numerous members of the best Sheriffs Office in this country, BSO regarding representation.
Please observe the normal hysterics from the command staff and other parties attempting to smear with half truths and fake information! That should tell you the fear of dealing with employees who have the backing of the IBT!

What departments does Local 2011 represent? According to the PERC website the answer is NONE! What Law Enforcement agencies do the teamsters represent in Broward County and South Florida?
