    Our narcissistic leaders, some with plastic surgery, and some that are news / camera fiends, will always put image over function. Nothing will change ref vests and uniforms unless it “looks” better. The patches are an example. A cute easy change but nothing big enough to make things better or easier on us. Dead thread.
