Not impressed with Inch. He sends out weekly messages on that worthless news letter every Friday talking about Valley Forge and Iwo Jima. We need a pay raise Mr Inch. All the other talk is blather and the rank and file isn't listening to his war stories. $$$ talks and BS walks!

I am not impressed either. He has not mentioned anything about his staff, nothing about pay raises, only his stupid stories of how he was beat up daily!!

I read a couple sentences he writes on the weekly news letter and start dying from boredom. Nobody cares about stories on the battlefield or him demanding high standards when we go year after year with pay raises. Hey Inch! Morale is at rock bottom because are pay and "leadership" sucks. Do something about that and stop telling us about your boring war stories. We don't care.

The only pay raise you'll ever get is if you quit FDC and get hired on at a county jail or the BOP where the pay is higher. There will never be a pay raise because the state legislature would rather waste taxpayers money to train and certify CO's only for them to leave.

Year after year, FDC and the state legislature complains about why the prisons are understaffed and CO's continue to quit in droves but refused to admit that LOW PAY is the main reason. Then you would hear these ridiculous plans to hire 4,000 CO's for the prisons but are actually doing the county jails a huge favor because they love to poach FDC since they don't have to foot the bill of training new employees.

It is absurd that anyone would think to work for FDC at this day and age, the pay is too low and it's nearly impossible to live of $33,500/yr unless you put in endless hours of overtime.

Stay away from FDC at all costs, it is a sinking ship after years of neglect.

I say we give the guy a chance....at least he has a decent resume to start with. We all know we have a large a$$ to move and fund so its gonna take a lot of effort to get us moving in the right direction.

We need action. The only thing these ass clown have to offer is making the hiring age 18 rather than 19. Wow, that will make people want to stay with FDC

FDC must fix the low pay which is causing hundreds of CO’s to quit in droves. Fix the low pay, it fixes the recruitment and retention problem.

Its that simple! We get it, but Inch and the powers that be choose to be cheap and you get what you pay for.

PBA is asking the legislature for an across the board 5% pay raise for all CPO's and an additional $1500 for officers with at least 4-5 years in with FDC. Will it be approved? Doubtful. But this is what Inch worm should be talking about, instead of the battle of Hamburger Hill or when he got picked on in the 3rd grade because his last name was Inch. Nobody cares. We want money!!!! Is Inch just Julie Jones in an empty suit?
