It was Llanes! When Alfonso and Llanes got demoted they were sent to work together northend midnights. Llanes would leave early, drink and 33 while on duty, and sleep all night in Raulph suarez boat. Alfonso would cover up for him. You didn’t need two Lt’s working midnights northend. So for his appreciation he ended promoting him again. I can tell you stories about Colina as well.
