No dumbass, it’s exactly that. He just opened the door to have this decided by a court. And, unfortunately, that’s where it will be decided now. The senate can decide whatever they want, they are officially tainted now. His comments could easily be interpreted as a political threat. And you can’t do that. It’s called separation of powers.

Here's the reality guys and presumably girls: the Florida Senate is not in play. The court filing stops the Senate process. If Israel wins in court the Senate is moot. If Israel does not prevail in court he's a dead duck in the Senate. Smart money is on Israel winning in the courts. This is not an opinion positive or negative about Israel nor politically motivated. It's my professional opinion as that of a attorney that practice and teaches in such constitutional law.
