Are you nuts? We are 20% behind the leading departments in this area. You are asking for minimal raises. Assuming those departments get minimal raises you will still be 20% behind them. You have to get a larger raise than they receive to get up to par. You should have been demanding 7% across the board to make up for all the years we’ve been getting screwed over.

You want him to give you a better deal? Just say, Hitler loved animals and children, he tried to stop the WAR not start it, he banned smoking in all buildings and was a vegetarian! If you did your job PBA, we wouldnt be behind. But your numbers are still a little off. It wont be done in one contract
