It was a minor incident, it wasn't like some jailer who took down an inmate and accidentally broke her arm in the fall. That's a fireable offense. The Webb shooting was just an unjustifiable shooting. no big deal.

Since DUI is punished by instant termination so should the discharge of firearms under the influence. If Bob wants tough discipline it should apply to everyone in the agency regardless of rank.
