Which is why the thread started by John Kost is so timely. Heil Hoffman got his mortgage for a home in Sarasota to try to accomplish what he couldn't in Charlotte County. Since he would be a resident of Sarasota County he could run for sheriff here and hopefully meet the same fate as he did in Charlotte County.

After the Robert Kraft incident on the other coast will our Sheriff do anything about the human trafficking here in Sarasota? So far he has done his best to avoid any action on the numerous asian massage/jack shacks here in the county. They are everywhere and if you look online you can find information on what goes on inside. Ask the Sheriff why we let prostitution take place in our county and what he has done to combat human trafficking. These places have been here for years and he continues to look the other way. If he admits there is a problem he might have to do something about it. And if he does something it might hurt him politically. I would bet he keeps up status quo and continues to do nothing. It's only human slavery, right Sheriff?

Have you seen the list of who's who has been named over there? do you know how many Sheriff's friends, politicians donors movers & shakers not to mention the probability of employees would be implicated? Maybe back in the day they could use it to their advantage like J. Edgar Hoover did to blackmail people. but when you have no one that likes or respects you. there is no more keeping things on the DL or covering up evidence, picking or choosing who to prosecute and who to protect..... more and more leaks in the damn and it is about to burst.....
