Miami still on top of most corrupt cities list

The Magic City (aka, Miami) was named the fifth most corrupt city in the country.
The report was based on federal corruption convictions between 1976 and 2017, according to WBBM. During that time, Miami had 1,165 convictions.

Is anybody surprise by those finding. In the 40's and 50's money used to be distributed at roll call for the payouts in plain sight then later it went under the table and more discrete in the 80's and 90's it was who you knew that could get you in like recommendations , later in the 00's it became family and friends only due to changes in society corruption crack down . Politicians made back door deals at jimbo and when they got to city hall it was all done . Except the police union , no corruption there ,I'm sure.
