Not exactly. He backed the "concerns" of the broward black community because the church pastors intentionally on his payroll had huge congregations to vote in a re-election. He used the pastors, the pastors used him and the church people followed the directives of the pastors. He cares nothing about the black community or any community. He would've done anything to get elected and will attempt to be reinstated with only his own craving for power driving him. Ummm.... Israel showed up as 94 and backed his people in the beginning. That's the point I've been trying to drive home for some time. The dope-smoking, pedophile protecting, ultra liberal communists that is Broward changed him. And they are still here!
