although the first shot did occur at 13st and the Beachwalk (Ocean Dr area) the shooter then proceeded to the corner of Walgreens located at 14st and Collins Ave and opened fire on a Male who later expired at Ryder Trauma from multiple gunshot wounds to his chest.
