    Stay positive

    We are in the process of the largest expansion this department has ever had. Let's move FORWARD.
    The past is the past, let it go. All you who post about people who don't work here anymore are wasting time. Who cares where they are or what they are doing. THEY ARE GONE!! GOOD RIDDANCE and GOOD BY.

    We have a new Chief who is super cool and very positive, we have a department with alot of new officers and hiring every day, we just got a raise. Lets talk about the good things. Leave the negative gossiping to old ladies.

    If we want to be respected we have to respect ourselves and each other. Trash talking about other officers makes us all look bad. If you have a problem with someone, be a man and tell it to his/her face.

    Unfortunately we have a bunch of old farts who can’t let go of the past and are so pathetic that they need to talk shit about someone, if not their pathetic lives will be useless.

    Who ever posted "Stay Positive", you have this old timers respect. Our agency has never been in a better position, with better leadership, better pay and better morale. We now have a Chief that has our backs and will go to the wall for us. If you've been here more than 5 years, your focus needs to be on guiding these new officers in handling school policing the RIGHT way. We're going to be swamped with clueless, blank slates. No fault of their own. Offer a hand and help them become the 15 you want showing up to back you up.

    Rules are for everyone. People in charge also have to obey the rules, time to stop making up shit as you go. Great new Chief, he might act mellow but he knows what you’re doing so let’s all move to the next level. If you’re missing the old crew and their “do what they want” behaviors, please go find them.     So much happening these next few weeks.

    The past is the past, let it go. Frankly the gone ones were part of the old cancer here and they need to stay gone. Don’t show up here unless it’s for coffee. Try to learn from the new experienced people rather than freak out they know more then you. We are here together for the kids, not your ego.

    We have a new Chief who is super cool and very positive, we have a department with alot of new officers and hiring every day, we just got a raise. Lets talk about the good things. Leave the negative gossiping to old men who sound like the old mobster wanna be’s that ran this place before. That mentality that anyone who dared question them ended up under threat of IA. Now they call that whistleblower tampering. If you break the rules and it’s dangerous or puts us all in question, expect people to talk about it. Lack of experience in command, and frankly insecurities, cost us all.

    If someone is doing something in secret, then it’s wrong. Public Department. Who we hire, what money we spend, what training we do, what rules we have and who chooses to ignore them...these are not secrets. Welcome to Florida Sunshine and Public Records. Our new officers will not be subjected to your secrets. Stay away. (Besides these kids post everything so in reality you outed yourself)

    STAY POSITIVE, SUMMER IS ALMOST HERE! We always have fun in the summer with training and getting to know each other more.

    The previous regime of “do what you want” is a perfect description of them. Muppet, Mini, Armpit, Bobblehead, Willie and even some of you other idiots who are now lying low like the recent promotions to Lt and Major and those who were or still are detectives. Y’all did what you wanted, we’re lazy, self-serving, backstabbing and had no accountability. That group, collectively, ruined this place.

    I see the message of let the past go and stop gossiping slipped past you. You are now part of the problem by continuing to bring up the past. LET'S move FORWARD. Enough finger pointing and trash talking.

    No. I see you don’t know how to read or are just ignoring the issue.
    The past is the past - a horrible tenure of idiots for decades. The future is the future and it too is concerning, with weak and incompetent people in ranks such as Lt. Commander, Major and DC...how can we not be distressed.
    We have people in DROP who are and have been retired on duty their entire careers, so what value could they possibly offer our chief or all of us moving forward? Most of our command staff is more concerned with their retirement and leave days, and struggle with even the most minuscule assignments and tasks. They’re an embarrassment.
