I have never really understood this post i am guessing that what everyone is trying to say is that Max snitched out the driver of 216757. Essentially putting someone out there for their driving to and from work, the reality becomes how is Max driving?

This post is tied to the homeless laying around the streets of omni. That patrol car listed just drives by and lets the solicitation go so now word on the streets among them is this patrol officer overlooks. Now we have a continued issue. Nothing more to the post....awareness call...thats it. No hate.
