How about everyone gets informed before spouting off nonsense.

Articles for avenues he can take
    https://www.sun-sentinel.com/news/po...111-story.html

    Actual Order

Even if he gets reinstated - No one wants him back. I honestly believe even if he gets back in, he will never be re-elected in 2020 - His reputation is done.

Let's face it, he should have kept his mouth shut. Instead, he listened to Castillo, who convinced him to go against the NRA. She also had him do all of those stupid press conferences. He should have just let PIO handle it.

Off Topic - How about our new female Major got promoted is beyond me. Her SIDA badge is revoked permanently for sneaking her family past TSA. She should have been demoted not promoted. What kind of knee pads do she have? Just asking.

Several of the newly promoted have asked themselves if their promotion is too good to be true. The Feds dont play into this Florida political jack-around session and he has a very real chance of returning. Some of you should be somewhat concerned as although he wouldn't likely win reelection, he could return and do like porn stache Tony and tear the place up at will. Just sayin..

You have no clue what you're talking about. Trump and SI have nothing in common, SI is a loser and a criminal, and a horrible leader, Trump is not. Israel pays people of like Clinton, Trump, nope. So let's stick with apples and apples and facts. Scott is never coming back. You are a stupid person.

Who ever started this thread, read the following article carefully regarding what the Judge ruled regarding Incompetence, she tried the same defense, she was only afforded a hearing, not her job back. The process is the process, no judge is over ruling that !!

Snipes quit 11/18, Scott fired her 11/30...

...and she was like, aw hell no! So she pulled the race-card and said took-back her resignation (no backsies and no penny-tax-just like former Mayor Andrew Gillum and Gov. candidate for Georgia, Stacy Abrams)

    ------------------------
Brenda removed herself on 11/18/18. Not only is there overwhelming proof by her very own mouth, confirmed by spokespeople, witnesses, and Snipe’s very own Broward County Supervisor of Elections attorney (see below) forever captured on camera by every news outlet across America but there’s that pesky official resignation letter she personally sent to Gov. Rick Scott:

    https://cbsmiami.files.wordpress.com/2018/11/snipes.pdf

“Just hours after finishing a tumultuous election recount, Broward Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes submitted her resignation, ending a 15-year tenure full of botched elections, legal disputes and blistering criticism.

“It is true. She did send it,” said Burnadette Norris-Weeks, an attorney who works as counsel to the Supervisor of Elections Office...

In the final version of the resignation letter sent to Gov. Rick Scott, Snipes said it was her “passion and honor” to have served in the office. “I am ready to pass the torch,” she wrote in the letter, which made no mention of controversies surrounding the 2018 election...

Snipes said her resignation would be effective Jan. 4 (Man, 2018).”

The Miriam Oliphant case was similar but she took it further. I guess she didn't have as many skeletons in the closet as Brenda or she was stupid like our former boss, either way, the Senate later voted 32-7 to make her suspension permanent.

Gov. Scott Suspends Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes from Office, Appoints Replacement

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Following widespread issues with voting in Broward County, Governor Rick Scott today issued Executive Order 18-342 to immediately suspend Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes from office for misfeasance, incompetence and neglect of duty. The authority for the Governor to take this action is outlined in Article IV Section 7 of the Florida Constitution. The Governor has appointed Peter Antonacci to serve as Supervisor of Elections in Broward County. Mr. Antonacci will serve for the remainder of the term until a replacement can be chosen by voters in November 2020. During the 2018 General Election, according to numerous media reports, Broward County election officials missed deadlines, lost ballots and couldn’t report basic information to the public, which resulted in multiple violations of Florida law. This follows multiple documented instances throughout Ms. Snipes’ term where Florida laws were broken including posting election results before polls closed and authorizing the improper destruction of ballots.

This has nothing to do with Snipes

The Governor was clear in his removal and was descriptive to what resulted in his removal, it was not vague and no Judge is going to get in the way of the Constitutional process early in the game.

Israel will get his hearing as afforded to him as part of the due process. The State also gets to present its case and they are going to throw everything at him.

Multiple lives were lost under his watch and for those who say he is not responsible, he is and its already layed out in Florida Statues. When he went on National TV, failed to take responsibility for the failures of his Department, the Deputies who Neglected their Duty and his Command who showed Incompetence in both mass incidents. The Governor acted within his Constitutional
    Authority.

30.07 Deputy sheriffs.—Sheriffs may appoint deputies to act under them who shall have the same power as the sheriff appointing them, and for the neglect and default of whom in the execution of their office the sheriff shall be responsible.

I do foresee the big eared scumbag in our jail, which he called prison on tv. Perhaps we can put him in a cell with one of his pastors?

Why is everyone giving their opinion and guessing at how this will play out? Wouldn’t it be wiser to just watch and see what happens?
