Might I suggest that you may work for ***** sergeants who work for a ***** lieutenant? You can be a cop at this agency way more than any other agency in the county. You choose to be productive and assertive or a slug and call dodger. That’s all on you. And if you look for excuses not to be productive you can find them anywhere. But that’s probably how you have always been your whole life. Workers don’t need motivation. Lazy slugs live off excuses to justify why they are how they are.

We are by far the most suspended, the most fired, and the most micro managed Agency in the County. Throw all the management books out the window, This place used to be run day to day by the Sgts and Lts, it is now run by the Sheriff, Even the Chiefs cannot make calls. Like them or not, the Chiefs have worked at many places in this Agency and have the most experience, but their input is limited. There is literally just a handful of people here that have worked with any of the Chiefs or Sheriff, while they were growing up in this Agency. When you have history with people, they tend to remember the days when they worked with you, supervised you, or socialized with you. None of their mentors, previous supervisors, or people they respected are here anymore. Most of you are just a payroll number with no other connection to you. This has resulted in no empathy for your overall contributions when judgement day comes to your doorstep. You will make thousands and thousands of judgement calls in your career. There used to be a day when if you were a hard worker and made a mistake, it was looked out based on your overall work product, those days are gone. Some bad judgement calls are no brainers, some will be fired, or suspended. Not having the confidence that you are supported, has caused this paralysis that has infected the entire Agency

Hahahahahaha, the chiefs have been places and have experience? Haaa. Dan Simovich hasn’t used handcuffs in about thirty years. And when he did it was rare. His claim to fame was Special Ops, where he hid for decades. After making higher rank he got banished to the jail. He retired, worked at G4S and came back because he couldn’t handle people not realizing how important he thinks he is. You can tell by how often this mutt brags about how much he paid for his house or truck. Low class.

George Steffen his in IOB his entire career. He got ahead by staying quiet and having no opinion. He snuck up the ranks surprising everyone as Chief Deputy, then he retired. But he couldn’t help himself, he had to come back to supplement that retirement. Amazing how he continues to succeed without an opinion or a conscious. Guy would say anything to keep the heat off of himself.

And Sean Jowell, the wrecking ball. Here is a guy who thinks he’s smart, but he is a moron. He also scammed a career through the ranks. It’s amazing he was never fired from his days in Omega (Not VCTF). The dirtiest unit the agency had. He survived drunk shooting a neighbors kitchen appliance. He shot his trunk. Guy can’t handle firearms safely. Then he slid through Trainig and Narcotics. Then came the promotions. He rose the Wayne Morris train until Wayne got clipped. Then Sean turned his back on his friends and blew his way up the ranks. All he knows how to do is create havoc. Anyone who has worked for him hates him. Except Ruhtz, no hate there.

I can’t wait until these three pieces of shit go. Of course they will be replaced by three more pieces of shit. Or Bob will get rid of the Ass Chief positions and save the agency about $400,000. I doubt it.

Best and most accurate post I've seen on this blog in a long time. Dirty Dan is first and foremost a prick. He was brought in by pear shaped Bob to be the "hatchet man". He has no allegiance to anyone except those above him, no conscience and no backbone. Goofy George is nothing. He doesn't do anything to help (unless Greek) or hurt. He WILL NOT go to bat for anyone and has slid by for years and years. Stupid Sean is a rat, plain and simple. Nothing is sacred (wives, girlfriends, buddies) and nothing is off limits. He fancies himself a tough guy bad ass, but we who have been here a long time know the truth. The micro-managing, second guessing and back stabbing are disgusting and repulsive. The main reason Dirty n Goofy came back, I mean besides pear shaped Bob claiming in the media that "no one else could do their jobs", was that neither could deal with no longer having a title and feeling important. SAD. Some guys (Dirty, Goofy & Stupid) just can't step away because they are small and insignificant without this place.
