How many other Police Agencies were involved in this Massive Water Search for Males that Were NOT IDENTIFIED? Favors called in. Witnesses that COULD NOT ID ANYONE (Only saw their Backs?). W1 ONLY knows what the Boat Looks Like Sort of ? .. Yeah .. definite PC to ARREST anyone and everyone out on the water. Every Boat stopped in the area. Harassed a nice Couple on their boat where the guy was trying to get laid. Another boat of people all set up to fish (Detained them for nothing since W1 doesn't even know what anyone looks like) Guess if you ID the boat that is enough PC to arrest ? Guess you are all taking your Terry Stop Lessons from PO. M.O. on O Dr.
(Multi Jurisdiction all out manhunt for suspicious guys on a boat near a house)
Agencies involved?: NBV PD / INDIAN CREEK PD / BAL HARBOUR PD. (Did I leave anyone out ?) How many patrol units at every bridge and cway and canal? End Story = NOBODY FOUND - GOA. Total waste of resources and time. Great Work !
