    In house academy for new hires.

    Can anyone tell me what the in house academy is like prior to FTO? Is it pretty laid back or strict, PT, and all of that?

    I wouldn't say it's laid back but I will say everything one would nees to succeed is provided and they are not trying to wash anyone out. Generally if someone fails it's on them and not the program. Hope this helps.
