Burt Wrains it’s too Late

It seems that the Finance Director Bert Wrains who questions the spending of ofevery penny in the city never questioned writing checks to the mystery company of Stephanie Leon to pay Velken so as to squirt the FRS rules. Why didn’t he question the massive expenditure when he’s always messing with everyone else’s money. He failed to report to the city attorney or labor attorney, or any elected officials the mysterious spending. He should have know. Something crazy was going on because Velken wasn’t getting payroll from the city. Well let’s just say that wrains waited until he felt his job was on the line and he leaked the information to Latham and probably played dumb. He’s the same guy that caused grievances to be filed by cops because he screwed them out of OT. Like he didn’t know some screwy crap was going on. The jig is up Bert ole boy. One Two SAO is coming for you. Three Four better shred some more. Hahaha! Your sweating right?

He might get perp walked. Knew Velken was scamming the city and FRS, and did not report it. Hey mayor how about them apples? Or are you gonna take care of him cause he’s a rat? He’s gotta be the first to go!

Bert Rains is an asshole. Plain and simple. He’s a penny pinching D í C k, micromanaging everyone’s payroll but himself and other high level officials. He will probably be 39ed soon by the SAO for this corruption and failure to act. His ethics and morals are questionable.

Burt Wreins- stop telling the PD how to do our job and stick to your side of the house by making a sustainable budget, quick before you walk out in handcuffs.

Once the investigative interviews start, you’ll see the finance girls serve people right up. A certain one of them who has an affiliation not only with law enforcement, but has a past affiliation with her condominium association prez, and board members. Maybe she’ll survive all this but, not BW! She’ll have to bake him a cake with a jar of vasoline in it. His cell mate is already warming things up. Old BW might want to go to the city blogger and play jail house party. Might as well get his core group of FB posters involved as they love that stuff. Then KV can Right about it. He can say what a great guy he is and how he was completely justified in not reporting a major wrongdoing until he felt his job was on the line.
