Really?? Didn't he place like 4 or 6 and those that scored better were given staff ranks to open up more room, so he CAN get the promotion. Yes, he benefited from the Affirmative Action! He marked black on a test! Funny, they tired to fire a Sgt a while ago who was white, cause his marking when thru both black & white and when he went to get his new I.D.'s they said Oh he!! no! As far as racial envy, the department and the city create the racial tension! Beside as long as were fighting with each others, the city and upper staff smile, cause we are not united, and they have to account for less or do their jobs correctly.
