So were told to ignore temporary tonys lack of longevity at any job; his crap residential stability; his deceit about the military and just go on the fact that his character and judgement is beyond reproach, because 2 people said so. And hes making this crazy fool a major??? RS is batsheet crazy and should have been fired long ago. Yeah tony, you really know how to pick them. Youre just what we need to get us out of this septic tank we've become.

Ya think? It’s not a problem, it’s a huge problem that undermines and dishonors every single deputy that works in this place. This is why morale is where it is at BSO. This is who the new guy picks as a leader? Disgusting

    Hypocrites

Is it ok if it's a deputy's ex wife? If not, half of DOD is in violation. Hate to tell you but cops are not known for their fidelity. Most relationships start with co-workers especially in Law Enforcement. You talk about it being wrong and against the "code". Coming on this site and bashing everyone promoted, demoted, fired or just because you are a coward and want too is also against "code". Come off your high horses and worry about your own lives. Let's worry about our pay, benefits, equipment and training. Stuff that really matters and affects us. We have a great opportunity to negotiate with the newly appointed sheriff. He seems legit and wants what's best for the men and women of BSO. Let's come together for once and do what's best for all not a select few!. Clean slate!

That’s real nice except this is stuff that matters. And you can’t come in here and talk about accountability and change and expect people to take you serious when this is what you promote.

If you want to be the Sheriff, you can’t say I didn’t know. You have to make it your job to know, and you have to trust the people beneath you are giving you good advice.

Is this written by DODs new criminal LTC? Ill bet you'd like to start with a clean slate. Seriously tho, I hope its not because this is precisely what DOES matter. Are you that diluted that this doesn't cause even a blkip on your radar? I know you probably dig the Kardashians and Housewives but that filth is a problem, especially in the workplace. Hate to tell you but we've had people assaulted, battered and threats of worse over someones inability to keep their breeding urges in check. But I know, you're part of the new way of thinking that will guide BSO successfully into the future- hand in hand with that fool fill-in sheriff of yours. Wouldn't stack my chips on that chump as with the decisions hes made right out of the chute, hes likely to be around about as long as your third marriage- and that aint long.

Its a little off topic but you are dead on about accountability. I'm more than tired of hearing that temporary tony is not responsible for his poor decisions because hes getting bad information. Nope, not so much. Its his job to get it right, every time. Hes demoting and firing people like a big boy. Making big-boy money. He needs to get things right, every time. And although thats not possible, he needs to be a big-boy and own it immediately when hes wrong, no matter the cause. That's what got the last guy bagged isnt it? Tony doesn't get a pass, and cant have it both ways. In fact I'm more critical of him because of his claims of being beyond reproach in all he says and does. That's what hes running on- it certainly isnt years of executive administration. If he doesn't produce, hes nothing more than another hypocrite. Time will tell.
