Scott ISrael continues to hang out with shady characters.

Yep, the same CAIR Florida Hassan Shibly as pictured below is representing the ISIS bride.

Know this, he's doing it for $$$ and publicity. She is not an anchor baby. He is very much aware that this terrorist was not bestowed birthright citizenship because her father was a diplomat from Yemen when she was born in the U.S. and diplomats are under the jurisdiction of their home countries, duh!

Also, Scott Israel should stop associating himself with CAIR and Hamze, Wilfredo, et al because they are terrible lawyers, keep questionable company, and obviously don't understand how the law works, and stokers of racism and xenophobia and anti-Muslim sentiment.

Woman who joined ISIS in Syria denied return to U.S. by Trump

WASHINGTON -

The lawyer for an Alabama woman denied return to the U.S. after joining the Islamic State group in Syria says he has evidence she's an American citizen.

U.S. officials contend Hoda Muthana isn't a citizen and has no legal basis to travel to the U.S.

President Donald Trump says he decided to deny her return and that Secretary of State Mike Pompeo agrees with that decision.

Pompeo says Muthana isn't a citizen and doesn't have a valid passport.

Her lawyer, Hassan Shibly, released a copy of her birth certificate and a letter from a U.S. official, indicating her father was no longer a diplomat when she was born in 1994.

Shibly says Muthana had a valid U.S. passport before she joined the militant group in 2014.

AP wire services helped contribute to this report.

Defend Those Who Defend You: Protect Hassan, Nezar, Wilfredo & CAIR-FL
Fundraiser for Cair-Florida, Inc. by Hassan Shibly

Today Hassan Shibly, Nezar Hamze, and Wilfredo Ruiz took the witness stand to defend themselves personally and CAIR-FL as defendants in a law suit against them.

We were sued for defamation by someone who has described himself as an Islamophobe, in connection with our work to protect our community.

We were sued both in our personal capacity and as an organization.

You know you can count on us when you are targeted. Can we count on you to stand with us?

It has already cost us over $20,000 to defend ourselves. We are confident that with God's help we will be victorious, but we need your support.

Please support our defense so we can continue to defend our faith and community.

CAIR-Florida's mission is to enhance the understanding of Islam, encourage dialogue, protect civil liberties, empower American Muslims, and build coalitions that promote justice and mutual understanding.
