There is only one administrator who needs to go to turn this place around. One that is and has been the problem for years now. Hopefully BP will have one on one interviews with the officers. A chief and two LTs would run this place just fine. The city can trim the fat and stop the bleeding with one pink slip.

I, find this last comment amusing and so typical. It’s always the captain that needs to go. So let’s break it down and make sense of this forever issue. First and foremost, the chief arranged this chain of command for his protection as he is sheltered from being “the bad guy” as the Captain has to be the “no man”. The administration is not on the same page and loyal to their Chief. The inexperienced Lieutenants, as usual, will always blame the Captain for the decisions made thus promoting themselves as needing to be the Captain and or Chief to other staff members. The Chief better step up and fix this problem by rethinking his philosophy of management and take control of this typical behavior by his staff. In the end, it’s not all the Captains full responsibility but the Chief by ignoring and allowing this behavior.

You are absolutely correct. We need to clean them all out and start fresh. He picked his crew and now they can all sink with the ship together.

None of these brass folks at Zpd could make it passed Corporal at a real agency. The Chief couldn’t even pass the sheriffs office agility test failed multiple times. Only one wish the new city manager would clean house but I doubt it he’s made out of the same mold is Spino !

The same dimwits have posted here for years. Spouting the same spew for years. They are not in law enforcement anymore but bitter at their own personal failure and misgivings. Sad when you think of it.
