By putting DB into a position that he has no business being in! All brass couldn’t make it past corporal at the SO. Also putting in a application to ZPD

You better watch talking negative or the cancer will batter you then put you under an IA. He even threatened a 120 lb female officer because he thinks he is untouchable. Watch your back and wear your tie loose. It's not getting better until DB or BP make some changes at the top levels.

BP needs to get rid of all brass, except MH. Sgt’s included !! Well if it’s AS, 120 pound female, she should have been fired along time ago!!Totally worthless.

The simple fact a criminal investigation wasn't initiated after the employee was battered in front of his entire administration should result in every one of them being fired. There have been several complaints from several different employees, yet somehow there is no paper trail. Now you have the victim working patrol scared for his job, while the fat ones sit in thier offices on the computer Facebooking or watching TV on thier city bought big screens.

The so called victim deserved what he got. He couldn't perform in the detective spot and should have never been assigned to CID. He was the one who failed to go to HR after the tie pulling fiasco and instead tried to see what he could get out of the situation. Him going back to patrol was best for everyone. Unfortunately for him he didn't get the tie pulling hush hush promises in writing so he cries about being battered to anyone that will listen. Too bad for the admin nobody else will take him and the battery story is spread farther everyday.

Does anyone deserve to be battered? People who justify this battery are only trying to get ahead by drinking the koolAid. Even if the majority of people don’t think the person shouldn’t have been in CID, it seems to be a steady trend of people not being in positions they deserve at ZPD.

But you all still haven't asked the union to hold a vote of no confidence. So it will not change.

Unfortunately too many have left instead of standing their ground and the rookies are too scared of the Admin to take action.
