Unfortunately for you there is a writing exercise. They take off for spelling and sentence structure errors. You should plan on failing that. You also have to answer questions that require some thought. That means you listen, comprehend and formulate a logical response. There are no trick questions. Why don’t you just see how you do when you get there? And try and speak in articulate sentences. Good luck with that. Don’t quit Walmart yet.

It's better to STFU if you are a retard than announce it to everyone. Unfortunately we have a lot of retards working in this agency.

Boy, are you dumb. The Oxford Comma you speak of is optional. You would know that if you were educated. Use Google, or in your vernacular “Google It”.

    Exactly.

The Oral Board is just a formality; if you made it this far you are as good as hired unless you really screw up your answers. Just tell them what they want to hear and you will be fine. They have hired a lot of morons in recent years so just about anyone with a pulse stands a good chance.

Seriously? “Boy, are you dumb.,” is a statement not a question. Are you really that dumb? I think yes, you are.
