Don’t try and reason with the low life’s on this site. Conspiracy theories and useless drivel are all that motivates them. There is no helping the mentally challenged here.

That's correct, MoFo, the PBA. The legend in his own mind, MT was exposed as the F'n retard who issued the ill fated memo/directive. MT stood back and let Welch and Brown take a hit. The PBA made numerous Public records requests and finally tracked down the original author of the directive, which was Ocala Mikey.
Good riddance Mikey. No one and I repeat no one misses you.

Wow... so the PBA made numerous public records request to locate a memo that basically told you Lazy Slobs you need to go to work. What a great accomplishment. Can’t have you Slobs to tired to work your overtime gigs now can we. Need to stay sharp to steal money from the tax payers.

Little Billy
Look little Billy, the bottom line is that your a thief, PBA President but a crook, low life criminal that was stealing money from the tax payers of Florida and hiding behind PBA for protection. No different from the other criminals you were sworn to arrest. It appears you were making over 21k a quarter on an overtime program designed for high visibility, while sitting at your house a county away for over 50% of the time (Investigation is public record) is criminal my friend and had the Executive Director and State PBA president and Senator that is no longer in office, not been in bed together on other things, you would have been arrested, let alone slapped with a 160 suspension that you non-honorable self is fighting. Look around at all of the police officers from other agencies being charged criminal for the same offense having earned less money. You should count your blessing, keep your mouth shut except when you see T.R. to kiss her rear for not letting the agency pull the trigger. Plus if you really look at the memo from Thomas (public record) that you keep mentioning, it never ever says you have to write two tickets per hour. It does say encourage you "to" in the interest of "Public Safety". but isn't that we are supposed to be doing, trying our best to make a difference, and not sitting at the house. Anyone can manipulate an interpretation of a word, to include Quota especially if it is in their best interest. The true ignorance is to imply that the intent of the memo was similar to Waldo PD's use of quotas to write tickets, collar for dollars to fund their agency, pay salaries and buy equipment, non of which the patrol does as they do not generate money from citations. It easy to jump on a band wagon vs looking at the true reasoning behind management trying to encourage their officers to work when during an extensive investigation they found that 6 out of 10 members working a paid overtime program for enforcement were sitting at home in their underwear watching TV while being paid large amounts of tax payer money. Plus did you ever think that Thomas not coming forward immediately might not have been his decision but that of someone else. I have research this and have seen all three communications from Thomas' down to Welch's memo and right or wrong the message got harder the farther away it go from the top. Another point from an investigators point of view is that Thomas' memo was sent to all Chiefs etc. How come only two people ran with it that way. I agree language could have been better in all three memos, but I feel that none of these guys were trying to imply that wanted a quota, they just wanted to protect the program and ensure that people were working for the money they were getting paid. The real issue was the lack of support or backing from the Executive Director who is afraid to mention tickets and a incompetent inexperienced Public Information section ran by DHSMV and a bargaining unit that protects the scourge of the Patrol over protecting the public from bad actors within the patrol and not the patrol itself. Anyone can twist a story to their advantage, but I had always seen Thomas work his ass off for the patrol and I work with guys right now that feel that there are more and more troopers who don't want to do crap and that they are making us all look bad. If your not about public safety and trying to make a difference instead of trying to line your pockets then move on. Tickets make a difference and aggressive enforcement has been the only proven way to reduce crashes, reduced bad driving patterns and reduce serious injuries and deaths. The patrol is spiraling out of control.

It's any excuse to talk about himself and hijack a thread. This promotion seems to be the FHP way to fix any issue. They were having a relationship when he was a lieutenant and an official complaint was filed. Once they were cleared as "best friends", he's promoted to captain at BCII for a short stent before transferring back to gainesville. Then over the next few years collect at least two other official complaints. One I think was a recent as last year and from a civilian that caught them in public. Yet, somehow GHQ, FHP, or who the hell knows, decides to clear them as "best of besties". Yup, its now time to promote her to solve the issue before things get really out of hand. Seriously FHP, it's like we don't breed this behavior by having babies at the academy or something.
So now the rumor is chugging through the troop is that the bestie captain is going to be the next major for troop B. I'm still totally surprised no one made a public record request of they're relationship complaints and made it more public.
