From one cop to maybe or maybe not another in FMPD jurisdiction. During Art Walk on Friday nights do you HAVE to write parking tickets? I mean is there any discretion? Just curious. I know we, at LCSO, do not have to write tickets it is left to our own judgment.

I have also pulled over plenty of FMPD who violated various traffic laws and used my own discretion. I didn't think they were being above the law when they flashed their badge.
